Our history, our concept

Greenlab emerged 15 years ago, with the certainty that there was a long way to go in the area of sustainability of the built environment. Businesses, buildings, urban planning and sustainable materials are in our DNA. These cemented and built what is today Greenlab. 

We are today pioneers in Portugal in the segment of services, consultancy and advice on sustainability. It is with all this track record that we grow in other areas and business segments, such as corporate sustainability, carbon neutrality or the management of sustainable projects.

We promote the reduction of environmental impact in all projects where we operate. We work with the firm purpose of moving towards a world where profitability and smart choices are synonymous with sustainability and resource efficiency. 

Our vast team of experts keeps creativity, innovation and sustainability as on day one. We create strategies that respond to environmental challenges, with efficient solutions for buildings and environments that promote comfort, correct resource management (energy, water and materials) and the conservation of biodiversity.

We begin the year 2021 with the mission to build another chapter of our history, consolidating the strategy designed since our inception. We rely on the recognised experience of more than 20 consultants, engineers, architects and a lot of good energy that every day we deliver to our projects, our clients and the new ideas we have to build the future, which is designed now. LEED, BREEAM, WELL or LiderA certifications are the result of our work in Sustainable Construction. Today, we focus on Construction, Urban Environment and Sustainable Materials, and we also have a strong commitment to Corporate Sustainability, through creative and innovative models and solutions based on R&D studies.

Sustainability is our purpose and when the day is over we return home with the feeling of mission accomplished. 

This is the mark we want to leave on our projects, in the different latitudes where we operate.
