The office buildings consist of eight floors with multiple accesses to the surrounding spaces, connecting the pavements to the green areas. The office areas feature a modular design that guarantees the necessary flexibility and easy adaptability to future needs. The design of the buildings is under a LEED and WELL evaluation process where energy efficiency plays a key role.

A thermodynamic simulation study was developed according to the themes of use, occupation and energy consumption (air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, and others), to identify and optimise the energy profile of the building as well as the most viable energy efficiency solutions.
