This project consisted of the development of a wind study of the exterior areas of the development, due to its location and the impact of currents of significant speed. A survey of the comfort conditions was carried out and improvement solutions were identified.

 

Definition of strategic guidelines to ensure the passive performance of the masterplan. This involved recommending the areas and volumes for the implantation of buildings, infrastructures, accesses and equipment, as well as proposing activities and solutions capable of promoting the ecological value of the site.
