The Corkworks project consists in the rehabilitation of an old industrial complex with several buildings into a modern office campus where it is intended to maintain some industrial aesthetics recalling the existing buildings and the previous occupation. The project is therefore a mix between new construction and a major renovation of existing infrastructure. Besides the main use as office space, the site also aims to have a mixed use typology, including outdoor spaces, food and beverage, commercial areas, etc. Because the complex has several buildings that share the same site, the project seeks to LEED Campus Approach, where all buildings will have individual LEED certification
